2. Information We Collect

Information you give us (contact / quote form): full name, email address, phone number, company name, service type of interest (e.g., API 653 Tank Repair, API 650 Tank Construction, Tank Jacking & Sliding, Foundation Repair, Emergency Response, Other), and any details you include in your message.

Information collected automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, timestamps) used for security, troubleshooting, and to keep the site running; analytics and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) used only when you consent, which may set cookies and collect device identifiers, usage data, and approximate location; and anti-spam verification via Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical signals (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to confirm you are human.

We also keep a record of your cookie-consent decision (the categories you accepted or rejected, a timestamp, a pseudonymized hash of your IP, your browser's user-agent, and the policy version shown to you) as a legal record of your choice. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not include it in form messages.

3. How We Use Your Information and Our Legal Bases

We use your information to: respond to your inquiry and provide quotes (performance of a contract / pre-contract steps); communicate about our services (legitimate interests; consent where required); operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website (legitimate interests); prevent spam and fraud via Turnstile (legitimate interests); measure audiences with Google Analytics 4 (consent); deliver advertising and remarketing with Meta Pixel and Google Ads (consent); keep a legal record of cookie-consent decisions (legal obligation / legitimate interests); and comply with legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).

Non-essential cookies and trackers are only activated after you give consent. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

When you first visit our site, a cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or Manage preferences by category. Non-essential categories are off by default until you opt in.

• Cloudflare — bot protection and anti-spam (Turnstile) and network security.
• Google — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (analytics and advertising).
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — Meta Pixel (advertising measurement and remarketing).

We do not sell your personal information. Each provider maintains its own privacy policy governing how it processes data.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary. Contact/quote submissions are retained as long as needed to respond to and manage your inquiry, then for a reasonable period for our business records, then deleted or anonymized. Consent records are retained as a legal record for as long as required to demonstrate compliance (typically up to five years), with the IP stored only in pseudonymized (hashed) form. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the retention settings of Google and Meta.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal information.

If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA), or Quebec (Law 25), you may: access the information we hold; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; erase your information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent at any time; receive your data in a portable format; and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner; in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information).

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA), you may: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; delete your personal information; correct inaccurate information; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell your data, but sharing with advertising tools like Meta Pixel and Google Ads may qualify as "sharing" — you can opt out by rejecting Marketing cookies, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically); and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in Canada, and our service providers may store and process data in Canada, the United States, the European Union, and other countries. 9. How to Withdraw Consent or Manage Cookie Preferences

You are always in control of non-essential cookies and trackers.

• Withdrawing consent stops future analytics and advertising trackers from loading immediately; it does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
• We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals automatically as a valid opt-out of sharing for advertising.
• Browser controls — you can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and opt out via Google (Ads Settings / GA opt-out) and Meta (ad preferences) directly.

Withdrawing consent will not prevent strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the site to function and to record your consent choice.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
